Quartus extra virgin olive oil is the result of a rich synthesis of strong family tradition and an enduring bond with the land creating a ‘legacy of love’ handed down from generation to generation. Guarded by four strips of land, lush green trees yield an oil of the finest essence and aroma; conjuring memories of a simple, more traditional way of life.
